How Can I Legally Use My NFT?

These ‘terms’ apply to your purchase of NFTs from Honey Badges or purchase of a Honey Badges NFT through a secondary sale.

Ownership

Honey Badges is and shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all commercial rights and other intellectual property rights. You do not have the rights to adapt or reproduce your Honey Badges NFT for profit.

Limited License

We want Honey Badges to lend itself to creativity while respecting the unity of the Honey Badges brand. Therefore, Honey Badges grants you, the holder, a non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non sub-licensable, limited license to access and use for as long as you own that specific NFT on the Solana blockchain. Selling your NFT forfeits your rights to this non-commercial license and the license is automatically transferred to the new owner!

We have some plans for the Honey Badges brand that will benefit the DAO long term, so it’s important we maintain exclusive commercial rights but we’re eager for you to enjoy your Honey Badges NFT, so if you want to use it as your profile picture, make yourself a t-shirt with that nasty creature on the front, get him/her printed and put on your wall, hell, get a badger facial tattoo, you go right ahead. All we ask is this:

Do not use the artwork in connection with images of hatred, violence or other unlawful behaviour. Respect the Honey Badges NFT mission and only create positive things with your NFT!
